1 Production process show

Printing production process, printing is divided into three stages:

3 Key processes

1.Gluing

Is a surface processing technology after printing, also known as printing overgluing, printing laminating or post-press film, refers to the use of laminating machine in the surface of the printed materials covered with a layer of 0.012-0.02mm thick transparent plastic film, and the formation of a paper-plastic combined product processing technology.

2.UV Printing

3.hot stamping

4.Embossing

Also known as "embossing", an important process in the packaging post-press process, is a method of embossing without printing ink. When embossing, a set of concave and convex mould plates corresponding to the yin and yang of the graphic are used, and the substrate is placed between them, and embossed concave and convex graphics are pressed out by applying greater pressure.

The use of embossing moulds causes plastic deformation of the printed substrate under a certain amount of pressure, which results in artistic processing of the surface of the printed material. Embossed a variety of convex graphics and patterns, showing different shades of patterns, with a clear sense of relief, enhancing the three-dimensional sense of the printed materials and artistic force.

5.Fram

Framing can also be divided into the original framing and re-framing, the original framing is a good picture of the new painting according to the framing procedures for framing.
